Will not recommend! Slow service! The company trust C. Douglas to manage this establishment. The day before my appointment I came into the establishment to schedule a diagnostic test while explaining to L. Garcia about an issue I was having. I clear as day stated my car will shake when coming to a stop … and wanted it fixed. She stated it could be done as long as they had the part— it can be done the same day. Than my appointment was BOOKED. My appointment was @ 8am didn’t hear nothing about my car till after 10. When I got my car back after 11am I was still having the issue which caused my concern - explaining to C. Douglas my frustration he explained that I will have to pay for another test to be done to my car. Confused because that’s what I thought I was doing before when I set my appointment with Miss Lisa. Explaining myself over and over again I asked Clayton do he understand me - in front of other customers he said he wasn’t trying to because of my frustration. Sitting in a tire shop since 8 AM with two small children - no estimated time.. and what I needed was not done. I would think fire stone will hire somebody that has that kind of understanding when it comes to that. Especially a paying customer that paid for the service. Didn’t feel valued as a person and a customer. I left in tears and a few hundred dollars short with a problem that was not fixed or addressed properly.

Scheduled an appt for Sunday. Got an email confirmation for Friday. I called to verify the scheduled day was Sunday and they switched it to Sunday …which they were closed. (It was Easter but I didn’t think anything about it especially when he made the appt for Sunday). So I scheduled my appt for the next Sunday, new tires on one car and oil change on the other. Got a confirmation for oil change on Friday (again not the day I scheduled) and for my tires on Sunday. It’s half right so I need to look at as the glass is half full I guess. Had to cancel the tires for Sunday and move the oil change. Better keep up with your emails, verify often and make sure they’re open. I’ve used Firestone for decades but I can’t show up for spots I didn’t schedule! I’ll take my busy to a local place from now on.

Being from out of state and having to leave the next day, I desperately needed new tires and they delivered! Tim the service advisor was extremely helpful and Kyle the technician did an excellent job. I had to wait there for 4 hours due to circumstances beyond my control but the staff was very friendly with everyone! I will be back in the future! Thank y’all so much!!!

Treeology Tree Service

We brought our work truck in and we had it repaired for an oil leak the same day. We need a shop that is flexible and will work with us. We are not looking for special treatment; just simply communication and understanding for our particular needs. We received a well written estimate for a couple of concerns, and we were given the flexibility to plan out our next repair visit. This is invaluable to us. The store Manager, Tim Jordan, was kind, patient, and answered my questions graciously. Andrew, who I settled up with, was a pure Joy. Thank you!
