It is by far the cleanest hotel I've ever seen or been in when you go in the fragrance is so wonderful everywhere you walk everywhere you go the fragrance is just so welcoming housekeeping is by far superb, the front desk clerks are so helpful. The rooms made me feel like I was at home.

I stayed at this hotel before heading to Miami for a cruise, and all I can say is that it’s not really up to par with some other hotels within the region. One positive aspect of the hotel is that the staff members are quite friendly; especially one of whom who just so happens to be an Atlanta Braves fan (Go Braves!!). Another great aspect of the hotel was its coffee. It didn’t as bad as I thought typical hotel coffee would. The rooms themselves also looked quite innocent and clean, including the carpet. The main negatives that I have about the hotel just so happens to be within the bathroom and bed. In my room, the bed sheets looked somewhat wrinkled and only had half pillows available. The worst of the negative aspects took place in the bathroom, where I found small black hairs (some long hairs, too) inside the bathtub (“Bwaaa!” [Hank Hill])! Overall, this was not my ideal stay at a hotel in Florida; and I had better experiences in my past, especially at a hotel in Kennesaw, Georgia. To the staff members who DO see this review, I’m sorry if this sounded a bit harsh, but there are some things that you need to improve on.

The was by far the filthiest place I've ever stayed. Well...I didn't stay. I left!!! I will NEVER go v to this hotel again. I had an asthma attack when I walked in the room. The cart was filthy, so filthy i didn't want to put my clothes on it. The outside looked like it never been cleaned ever. It STUNK BADLY!!! Then the front desk person had the nerve to charge me for the room even though i couldn't breathe in this nasty place.

Rooms were nice, good value. Problem was that laundry is quarters only, there’s no ATM, and they won’t give you quarters at the desk unless you have cash. Doesn’t make sense- it’s the 21st century who only has cash? Also there’s no snacks or anything for sale, so that was the other lost star.
