I saw the other negative reviews and decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt as I love instruments and I’m always looking to add new guitars to my collection. The business wasn’t open during business hours so we went for a walk while we waited. I’m vaccinated, but a mask was required, the worker was rude and dismissive even though the mandate requires business to supply masks if you need to wear them in a store. The absolute best part was even though the customers need to wear masks, the owner wasn’t wearing a mask. There are plenty of other music stores to spend your money at.

Terrible service i went in there to buy a gibson i was gonna drop 5 thousand dallars but the guy was so dosrespectful that i left i didnt com here to be harrassed and i do not reccomend anyone visiting this store

Bill was great restringing and tuning my Dad’s acoustic guitar. Bill also helped us out when we needed it most, with jump starting our car battery and suggesting where we can get it replaced. Thank you Bill!

Gentleman who answered the phone was not very helpful when I asked for information regarding his left-handed guitar inventory. Almost felt I was annoying him regarding my inquiry. Look elsewhere for informative, helpful, and courteous customer service.
