Where do I start with Kanes...we didnt buy from Kanes. We spent 3-4 hours looking at Kanes. They have a beautiful showroom...but they are not handicap accessible(according to our salesmen Robin). They have 2 floors but if you are unable to do stairs you are out of luck as they dont have an elevator nor do they have a handicap restroom. The ladies room is not handicap accessible, the door is too narrow for a wheelchair to enter and there is no handicap stall. Robin was our salesman, 3 generations came to buy a living room and left with nothing. Why did we leave with nothing? Well...Never assume the oldest in the group is the 1 that's handicap...many people 50 and younger have a handicap even if you cant see it! A salesperson should never ask what is wrong to make a customer handicap or say the customer looks fine. This IS Florida...land of retirement, many fine folks have disabilities you cant see! I certainly hope Kanes offers sensitivity training for all salespeople in the future. We did find some nice living room sets...including a beautiful zero-gravity sectional in navy and in camel. If the zero-gravity came in red or could be ordered in red we would have bought it. We did buy a living room set but not from Kanes. Will we go back to Kanes...probably not. But we did have a great afternoon looking!

I have gone to Kane’s in the past and had a great experience. Bought my whole interior and it looks great! I needed an additional recliner and Steven B. hooked me up again. The wife wanted a rocker, recliner and swivel. Steve made it happen. Thanks again…

I went here to get a dresser and everything went fine till I went to checkout and the card reader was not working so the lady assisting me Debbi was 5 stars exceptional in trying to help she tried calling a manager over who was standing near the desk we were at and he did not acknowledge her at all! He walked past and she paged a manager overhead and he looked right at us and kept walking. The manager (Steve) at that point decided to go talk to another employee instead of assisting his customers. The absolute worst manager I have ever come across. I don’t ever write reviews but when I got the text to do a survey I could not wait to walk out because that is the worst customer service especially from a manager I have ever received. Chad and David were exceptional in helping load up the dresser I had gotten. Very friendly used rope to tie it down and plastic wrapped it all and we’re kind and friendly. I would love to shop at Kane’s again if Steve was not the manager. He looked directly at us making eye contact while being paged twice and never said a word or helped us. This would be a 5 star review had it not been for him.

They had some comfortable furniture, however my wife and I made two loops around the whole store looking at sectionals and not once did anyone approach us. They weren't very busy, so we thought it was odd. Two saleswomen walked by us at different times and just glared at us for some reason? We found two sectionals we liked, but we decided not to buy from them since we felt extremely unwanted while we were in the store. We went down the road to another furniture store and purchased a similar sectional there.

We had problems with being told a love seat was a great price but when we came to buy it it was 300 dollars more
Masks and social distancing. Of course, you should wash your hands thoroughly after visit and/or use hand sanitizer (which I believe I saw on the counter).
I'm just a customer. I can tell you that we have shopped at Kanes for over 10 years and are very happy with their furniture.
You might as well call the store. I just had this issue and they lied! Very disappointed on their customer service. Will not recommend this store at all! I'm calling corporate to complaint, but looking at their reviews it looks like this is a problem throughout their business. They promise quality furniture but their customer service is HORRIBLE.
Call the Salvation Army and donate it and they will pick it up as long as it is not trashed.
The items that don't go to the cart may be out of stock. Yes they do give discounts to Veterans.
