I’ve been following Ryan’s advice and I no longer feel like food is controlling me. I finally feel like I have control over my health and well-being, which is an amazing feeling. I used to feel hopeless and now I feel encouraged and uplifted. Before starting a month ago, I had limited knowledge on the types of exercises that exist. Now I can happily say I enjoy resistance training. I still don’t know all the specific names of exercises or equipment, but I am learning. I feel especially good after I have worked out or when I have lost a little weight. It motivates me to continue to pursue my health goals. I am very happy I joined and I have absolutely no regrets. I appreciate how Ryan asks at the end of each session what he can do to improve our workout sessions. His dedication is insane and I am very pleased with my progress. This is only the beginning for me and I look forward to seeing my progress in the future as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is willing to show up and put in the effort. I put myself first by joining and trying my best to stick to the guidelines. It’s only been 1 month and I already feel more confident in myself and inspired to work on myself. Although I have lost 10 pounds this month, I feel I have gained a whole new perspective on myself and my life. Health and well-being requires commitment and persistence. It starts with one step at a time, one day at a time. It’s a journey not a race, and there will be pitfalls and plateaus, but all that matters is to keep moving in the right direction. 😊

I've dealt with trainers in the past and loadmoreplate is beyond what I expected. No contracts only results! Refreshing actually seeing a company driven by individuals seeing real change and meeting their goals!

I joined Ryans team 21 days ago and yes I said team because he doesn’t make me feel like a guest coming in he makes me feel like we are on the same team! By following his suggested food guidelines and working out again, I have lost 13 lbs in 21 days. He will push you too your limits but not over. He has worked with my various Injuries that I have, accommodating them for different exercises. He’s answered my million text message since I always have a hundred questions, all hours of the day. I’m very appreciative of the support I get from him. I usually hate gyms die too the jock vibe but I can tell you as still a bigger girl always a big girl thoughts I feel comfortable here , and have never felt judge for my size

Questions & Answers

How much for the boot camp classes?

We currently are not holding boot camps. I changed my view of boot camps completely. We're a result orientated facility (with a 30 day money back guarantee for weight loss in the first month) and I believe boot camp limit the trainer's ability to be effective. If you've got 10 individuals in the class and one trainer you're only getting 10% of the instructor's attention. We are hosting a Rage Yoga class here on the 5th. If this catches on we will more than likely continue the rage yoga. I'd love to offer you a free one on one training session? We make fit not only effective but fun.

Do you have Seniors 65+ working out at this location. I am a new resident and live very close to your location.

Unfortunately at this time I do not accept silver sneakers. I wish the insurance companies would pay for personal training and we don't currently sell gym memberships except for $100 a month which comes with four personal training sessions. once per week for the month. So I wish the insurance companies would pay for the actual training which is valuable and not just a membership. Hoping and waiting for legislation to change.
