The pizza itself was okay. My problem is with the service. While everyone at the location I went to was very nice my pizza was not ready for me when I got there like the app said it was. I still had to wait 20 minutes for my pizza when I got there after multiple people ask me my name and my pizza was ready and sitting on the stove.

The pizza was good but the delivery was long. I live less then 1and a half miles from the store and it took almost an hour for my food to get to my house. That was from the time the app said it was on the road.

As the owner of D.R.S. Mechanical Services llc, an air conditioning and refrigeration service company, I have been in many fast food places for repairs. Let me say that with out any doubt whatsoever, this place is among the cleanest I have seen and worked in. I can say that this family owned franchise cares about what their customers eat. Believe me, after what ive seen in my line of business, I wont eat anywhere unless I know its clean. They have, for the most part, always made my orders correctly. There was a time or two where the pizza was cooked a bit too much or they added something that i didnt ask for. But, no one is perfect and they employ young men and women there so its going to happen. The important thing is that they always went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected. Any time I can support a local family business its a good thing, and this is no exception. A local family business with good food and great values.

This location is falling off. Past couple orders haven't been great. The bad: The cinnamon breadsticks you gave us were flat as paper and hard as a rock. No way you didn't notice what you sent me. I have the pictures of it and will add it later. You guys tried me with that. I spend decent money with you and always tip the drivers well but your cooks aren't doing their job. Not only that but the order took nearly 2 hours to get here and I'm not even that far, your logistics need work. I ordered a lot here in the past couple years but I am going to start trying some other places. I'm really not trying to complain but I hope you can learn from what you are doing wrong. The good: Easy to order from the app, the drivers are nice. The pizza wasn't horrible but was pretty meh lately. Hope you guys can bounce back and get it on track. When you guys make your food right it can be some of the best. But you have to make your customers feel like they got value or they will go elsewhere.
