I called ahead and ordered lunch but when I arrived I waited at the speaker with no answer . After several attempts I didnt reach no one .So I drive to the window and waited 15 minutes and no one came to the window even though I was blowing my horn. I could see employees inside But no service. After another 5 minutes waiting they come to the window I told them I called in a order and being rude they hade me pull ahead into a parking space. What does it take to get good service at KFC I wont be back but the staff is going to be happy to read this because they dont want to work they only want a paycheck

*not taking orders because we are too backed up with mobile orders. This place has every excuse in the book to not be open

The chicken was old and dry as he'll and we asked for fresh chicken and we was back on the road if not we would of went back

This place needs to shut back down. ZERO stars if I could. They forgot half our order, after going home then turning around and waiting 20 mins in the drive through they did absolutely nothing to make it right. They told me “I forgot to ask you to check the bag” not my job!!!! Do better when you make mistakes & try to make your customers experience better. Shame
