I went to Arby's in Brook Park for lunch and an orange shake. Yum! The employees were all super nice! My shake was awesome and they have the absolute best crinkle fries around.

Had roast beef & cheddar & curly fries. So yummy! You can never go wrong with Arby's, its always good. But they got rid of my Cordon Blue Sandwich 😢

I have been to this Arby's many times. Last night was a true travesty. My crinkle fries were so salty that it literally burned and took the moisture from my mouth. My beef and cheddar had 2 sad slices of roast beef on it and a dot of cheddar cheese sauce the size of a 25¢ piece. I also tried their new boneless wings... My mistake! Idk who told them how buffalo is supposed to taste, but it was the most horrible flavor of sauce I've ever tried. It didn't even taste remotely like any kind of Buffalo sauce I've ever had. Even the ranch sauce packet they gave me was past it's expiration date and seemed curdled. My $17 spent on 2 people for dinner was a complete waste....I don't know what's going on in this place, but the food used to be VERY good here. I'm not going to return. Especially since there is another Arby's less than 3 miles away. I recommend you to all to stay away from this place.
