Great location, clean rooms, expansive breakfast! Front desk people are extremely friendly, and quick with restaurant recommendations - some with a discount for your stay. I've stayed here twice, and would definitely stay again. Super convenient for the airport, and NASA.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel...you will be charged the full price of your stay if you try and modify your reservation less than 1 week in advance. Not 24 hours, not 48 hours, but a full week is required to change or modify your reservation. I tried to move my reservation from a Tues night to a Sunday night 5 days out and they won't allow it without charging a full night's stay. My son has tested positive for COVID and we cannot visit him now, so we are flying back to Boston early. The General manager will not return my phone call. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Not as nice as other holiday inn expresses we've stayed at. Rooms were clean but much smaller than other hotels. Not a new building but older remodeled building. Hot breakfast.

The front desk is a happy place … staff enjoy interacting with each other, and they enjoy their interactions with the guests. We felt more than welcome. We were especially impressed with Rish, as he was so kind, happy and helpful with using the guest computer to download flight information. We appreciated the kindness and sense of humor offered by both front desk personnel. It sounds silly to write these comments, but what we experienced was unusual … and we never noted this at any hotel we have ever stayed at.
