I love shopping at the goodwill you never know what you're going to find. It's just sad that they keep increasing their prices as if the stuff doesn't get donated to them. Some of the items they mark up so high you can get the stuff cheaper in a retail store.

My fiance and I were shopping and she was using the store provided wheelchair. She was walking behind it for a couple aisles as she is sometimes able to stand longer periods than others, and likes to have it near by in case she needs to sit down. An employee approached her and said "Are you gonna keep pushing the wheelchair around? Do you really need it?" Even after explaining my condition to her she rudely made comments to me, like it looked like I was pushing it around for fun and that if I have a condition "then maybe you should sit down," as she walked away. I cannot believe that a store that prides itself on helping the disabled, would discriminate against someone for a disability simply because I am not elderly. You don't have to look ill to be ill. Ironic that your advocacy statement for people with disabilities is "to achieve social acceptance and integration". Lesson learned...bring my personal wheelchair from now on because the public wheelchair is only available for those who they deem ill enough to need it.

I mean, it's a goodwill. I found a good pair of jeans and a warm sweater today. Friendly guy workin today. Inexpensive and decent selection.Thank you, Jeff!
