Food is pretty solid and it's the only Chinese (or Asian) food in Highlands. Don't expect it to taste like Panda Express or other fast-food Asian and you won't be disappointed. Mapo Tofu packs some heat and is very savory.

Food was not good at all and a bit pricey for what we got. Paid $18 just for orange chicken and lo mein combination. I personally don’t think it was worth that price and would be better off going to Panda Express. Chicken tasted old and soggy. Lo mein had a weird smell and just had no taste.

Hey, americanized chinese fastfood and it was quick and tasty 😋 what can you say? New post from recent visit 04-25-2022 The price increase, I understand, but what I didn't expect nor understand was what I got for my order. My General's chicken was mostly clumps of fried dough/batter, the fried rice had a funky taste that I hope was because it may have been fried jasmine rice? The only good thing was the soup but it's not enough for me to go back to that place. I'd rather go into Baytown and get a better value and variety at the Hibachi Grill. I shall not be returning to this restaurant.

I worked in a cook to order restaurant before and honestly there is no way I would have allowed the food they cooked to go out to any customer. They cooked food in oil that needs to be changed and it was really greasy. The nastiest fish and chicken that I've ever had.
