Overall had a great experience. Mario with sales was very nice and never pushy. Was able to answer all the questions we had and was able to take care of us as we had to travel 3 hours to Tejas from Louisiana. All the paperwork was ready and bike was being prepped as we showed up. Very kid friendly environment let me shop around for new gear with my 2 year old. Would buy from here again, highly recommend. Service department really impressed me. Josh got me into the schedule on very short notice and had all the diagnostic equipment set up. Excellent communication, and had me out the door faster than I expected. By far the best KTM service department I've dealt with in Houston.
