Worst Rv Park. Be prepare to pick up other dogs waste on your spot cause no one else will pick it up. Bad everything. You park on the grass cause there's not enough space for your vehicle. I want it to leave before the month was over. So I asked if they could charge me for just 2 weeks instead of the whole month and they said NO. I guess they know that people won't come back any more or they're just money hungry and rather lose a customer instead of $150.

We have lived here for almost 3 years. Love it. The shower house is closed for now because they are building a new one. They have added new security cameras and upgraded the wifi. The lady in the office is very sweet.

Stayed here 3 months when job transferred to Houston. Have since bought a house. Very friendly service. Fair pricing.

I would not stay at this rv park again. They charge you for advance reservations. We call for a space on the 8th of may and put a deposit dwn. When we arrived on the 8th we were charged from the first of may. So we did not get our full month but only three weeks try to tell them but all they would say is we held it for you. So we had to leave on june 1st instead of the 8th as we had planned. Glad i didnt make the reservation two weeks in advance. Also do not enforce the pet rule. There was dog poop everywhere.
