Awful, unfortunately. It wasn't the first time it has been disappointing either. We were missing food. The biscuits were so overcooked they were hard as a rock and dry. When we went in to ask about the missing food, the kitchen staff, etc. acted as if it was an inconvenience to get it. We paid for it. $60 worth of food. I have no clue what is happening but the service industry has really gone downhill. This is one of the worst places. Period.

If you order too much they get your order wrong. Cold food, stuff missing, and incorrect food in order. Won’t be returning to this location!! Wouldn’t waste my time and money at this location.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location, one of two things occurs. It either takes an incredibly long time to be served (20 minutes minimum), or they are out of an item I want. I rarely eat here and the few times I give them a chance, I’m reminded why. DO BETTER

My wife and I were wanting some Popeyes chicken and weren't around our normal places, so we mapped it. This location came up and to be honest, we really were torn about going or not. We sure didn't like some of the reviews we read...but, chose to see for ourselves. When we walked in we were greeted by Tadasha and she was so nice and polite. Took our order and we received it within a few minutes. The chicken was hot and fresh along with the sides..this place may very well be getting a bad score for no reason..keep up the good work..we will be back.
