This Starbucks location really sucks. It’s been multiple times that I’ve ordered from here and they’ve always messed up my drink. And I order basic drinks without much added to them. I just picked up a caramel macchiato with vanilla cold foam and about 80% of the drink was white, all cream. Like almost no coffee in it. I never complain but this is just an everyday thing now. I understand they get lots of orders but it’s ridiculous at this point. Tired of spending money on coffees with NO COFFEE in it. Do better.

Sometimes they take way to long to make 1 drink. And sometimes they are sold out of alot of stuff. But they have good customer service.

Yesterday morning I got an oatmeal and when I got to work I noticed the blue berries had mold on them and the nuts were missing out of the bag. Not a big deal but for a $4 oatmeal I expected better lol. This morning I told them about my experience and not only did they give me a free oatmeal to make up for the issue they also gave me a gift card equivalent to the cost of the oatmeal. Very please with how it was handled! Thanks you guys!

The 2 stars is only because they have some nice cups. Every single time I’ve gotten coffee from here it’s just not good…. Much rather coffee connections. The Starbucks in Baytown inside target is probably the best I’ve had around here. I only get coffee here as a last resort 🤷‍♀️
