UPDATE: We ended up moving from here.. my previous review was true when Jayce and Toni were management of these apartments. After new management came in the neighborhood went downhill quickly. Multiple, documented, problems took place. The police were out there everyday due to domestic disputes, drugs, noise complaints and our vehicles were broken into multiple times. We told management in person and through email and it was never addressed. She suggested that we just stay inside and try and park as close to our apt as possible. When the cops were called it was brushed under the rug. So, after 6 months of dealing with all the nonsense we left. I made sure to contact the company that owns them and explained why we left. There is no peace of enjoyment here, management fails to address anything, she always locks her office and was never hardly avaliable. Also, roaches started becoming an issue as well. Someone had an infestation near our apt and their "pest control" comes in to spray bottoms of cabinets and under fridge then leaves. This place is a joke. These apartments are quiet and tucked away right off 2100. The office staff is amazing at getting back to any questions I had during the move in process, and completed my paperwork prompt and without any hiccups, they are always sincere anytime I called. The neighborhood itself is quiet and clean. I have not had any request for maintenance as of yet, but when and if I do I know that Jayce(office manager) will be prompt in helping me. when we did my walk through when seeing the apartment for the first time, she caught a few things and she had them corrected before I moved in! I have lived here for 4 years and 3 months. I have enjoyed it. The manager, Tony Ragsdale, is awesome. He is on top of things and keeps the property running smooth. He keeps us informed of upcoming events and inspections in a timely manner. The complex is clean and quiet. The on site maintenance man, Rob, is doing an excellent job keep the property clean and running properly!

I would like to start of saying that although I'm not a resident I thank Ms. Deshonda for going above and beyond to help me. She took the time to assist me and if you are looking for somewhere to reside be prepared to be treated as a person instead of a number. THANKS AGAIN!!! Ms. Deshonda you made my day!!!!!

Place is a nightmare. Always looking to tow everyone vehicles. Tow trucks stalk the parking lot. We had a brand new truck that had paper plates with a resident parking sticker, dealership called us on a Saturday to have the hard plates put on 4 hours after getting home that night they took the truck because the plates didnt match the resident sticker even though they have seen the truck there for 2 months. Called the manager and she said oh well. It was a Saturday the office was closed and could not get a new sticker we should not have had to pay these thief's because that's what they are. She picks and chooses who she let's get away with things and if you bring her some under the table money she will look the other way. Lease manager is lazy. Apartment since we have moved in has been ingested with roaches that is not being take care of. Fridge has leaked since day 1 and have made multiple complaints and still has not been fixed. Manager parks in handicap with no sticker and has people towed for doing the same. Now if anyone wants to come over we have to call and ask permission and get them a number that they have to write down on a piece of paper and display in the windshield. As soon as this lease is up we are out of this nightmare. STAY AWAY. and on top of that they have raised our rent every month
