Follow up July 6 sill No phone call Follow up. July 5 I called the corp number for the 2nd time. Was told case was resolved. Not one person has called me from Sonic. So why even pay people to answer a phone if a franchise is just going to lie saying case was resolved? If I could put o stars I would. Few weeks ago they messed up my order. I called soon as we got home. The young girl already knew order was wrong. Manager on duty said they will put my name in a book. Went back today to get my meal.GM said I waited to long. Lol they even remembered who i was. My family will never spend another dime with Sonic. They are stealing my.money by not keeping their word of replacing my food. If i have to i will file a small claims against them. Its the principal of replacing the food. I will spend the money in court to teach them what customer service is about. I have 5000 plus people that follow me on Facebook alone. Plus other social media Platforms. What took place today is uncalled for. You need to change your policy when your staff mess up peoples orders.

There are a few stalls that are not working but you have to figure that out on your own because they didn't bother to put up any Out Of Order signs on them. Stalls 9 and 11 have a black screen which I assumed would turn on once pressed. Nope! There is another stall that is illuminated but is filled with computer code (as if they have to restart it). Either fix your stalls, right away, OR put up some signs so your customers arent waiting to figure out whether or not your stalls work. On another note, I came twice on the same day. First time was around 4:30pm and they serviced me fairly quickly. From the time I activated the red button until I got my order, was about 15minutes. The person that took my order was not very knowledgeable on what they sell. She mentioned Sonic not selling a Route 44 root beer float, which made sense, but then she said the largest root beer float they sell is a Medium size one. This did not make sense to me since I was pretty sure I had previously gotten a large root beer float before. So I asked just to be sure. She asked another employee and she said they do sell Large root beer floats. I guess now I'll keep wondering whether or not she made a mistake about the Route 44 float, as well. I also ordered a 20oz blast which was filled below the thick rim of the cup (i.e. not how other Sonic's fill the cup, almost flush with the rim). I arrived, a second time, during dinner time (5:30pm) and it took a good while from the time I activated the red button until they took my order (around 10-15mins). It took another 13 minutes to get my order. They did get my order correct so there's that and it was as good as I expected it to be. This time the blasts were filled to the top. Im guessing the first one was made by someone who didn't know what they were doing.

I placed my order and then 5 mins later someone came out to tell me that they're not making any ice cream or slushie products. They didn't give any explanation. The person said we'll give you a refund and then never told us when the refund was done. I had to login and check.

For the most part they have a high turnover rate so you would most likely get a job as a car hop but not sure about line cook. Still probably likely.
