For me the for me, the braids were actually fantastic. But when it came to scheduling concerns and getting my hair redone when I came back, it seems like it was impossible. Both Sam and one of the One of the hair stylists seem to have a really bad reputation bumping heads with schedules and having inconsistent customer service for those who book appointments. I'm sure there are other places around the area that'll do just as good of a job with better customer service I would just make sure that if you do go be prepared for them to already be braiding somebody else and possibly asking you to wait another hour or two for your hair. Needless to say not coming back

I went here to get braids for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. The women who did my hair were incredibly kind and hard working. They were constantly asking me how I was doing and if I needed anything. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I got micro braids that were braided all the way to the ends, this takes TIME. They worked tirelessly through the night to get my braids done. The braids themselves were exactly what I asked for. I am in ROTC, so I needed by braids done to meet specific regulations. They weren't even a bit phased. Overall a am absolutely thrilled with my experience and braids.
