Poor service, i went there to transfer one number from another provider and the manager didn’t know how to do it, so i went to another store in covina and it was super easy . I guess AT&T manager has to be trained in a better way and should have more knowledge . I called the store again just to let her know that another store was able to do it for me but looks like she didn’t care and kept saying ok ok ok and didn’t even apologize for her lack of knowledge in her position. Thanks.
