Natasha is the BEST postal worker I have ever encountered! She is outgoing, professional, caring, and all around the BEST at the PO on Teel & Main in Frisco! Worth your drive there instead of main PO on Stonebrook!! I just love Natasha and miss her since I had to move South in Cibolo, TX.

I am as apt to complain and criticize as anyone if I think a business or enterprise deserves it. And, the USPS has hardly won high ratings in my 7 decades on the planet. But, these USPS workers at this location have always been extra helpful, kind, considerate, attentive, efficient...just good peeps. Somebody has turned things around at the USPS. It is no longer a beat-down to experience a trip to the Post Office. Spread it around y'all. I see an average of a 3.0 rating. But, my experience has been 5 Stars each of many times I've been here. God bless.

It is impossible to get a live person to talk to during business hours due to the lines. Packages take forever to get out of this office. I typically drop off at 7am and they won’t get received for 24 hours or more. Why do I pay for 2-day shipping when it takes more than a full day just for the package to be received? I’ll drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to Prosper going forward.

I just would like to leave a good review for the amazing worker named Caron (Asian Lady). She is fantastic. I intercepted a package to USPS at Teel. I came to that facility two times staying in huge lines with my toddler. Ladies on front desk were too lazy to check the package for me and sent me to another USPS facility on Stonebrook (Do I need to mention that Stonebrook didn’t have my package. Oh yes, I stayed huge line too!) When I came to this office a third time, Caron helped me! She found out my package for me! Please hire more people like her. I’m so frustrated that I wasted so much time due to laziness of the previous workers.
