Very comfortable here, very affordable ! This is home, full time RV living almost a year. Thanks Matt. ! We just moved back here again, we sold our home and knew this was where we were to come until time to buy again . Our last stay was about 14 months. The owners Matt and Randie are awesome folks. They go above and beyond to make your stay here is great. With Bob, Luke, Merle there is not need to worry.....They have your covered 🥰❣️👍🇺🇲

I have family that resides in the park. I am a Long haul truck driver and can't really find places often that will allow me to park my semi. On this visit, the owner cleared a spot for my truck so I can park it for the weekend and it was very very kind of him to do! I appreciate the hospitality. It's a quiet property and everyone I have seen or met is polite and waves. They have done major updates to the property since I stayed here. They have a dog park now and they tarred the main driveway and put rocks on top of it so you wont be driving through ruts and mud holes. All around great place and great staff.

This park is on a mission to improve the amenities. They've added security lighting, cameras, landscaping and a dog park. There are still some spots that need to be cleaned up or cleared out but there some really clean and picked up spots too. I realize that people who can't afford a newer RV need a place too. Most parks require your RV to be 10 yrs old or less. The owner realizes this too and allows older RVs in. He allows window units, and junk around the RVs too. The tradeoff is that the rent is cheap for the area, around $400/mo and the majority of the people are really nice, down to earth folks.
