Best RV Resort EVER! We stayed here for a month and had one of their fenced spots and our puppy was thrilled to not have to be on a leash to be outside. Chris and Kristen do an amazing job of running the place. Everyone around was super friendly and helpful. When we pulled in with our trailer Paul, one of the residents came over to see if we needed help! We had neighbors on both sides of us that each had dogs which was fun for our fur baby. The property managers have a bunch of goats and chickens that I got to feed! This is such an amazing community! If your in the area I highly encourage you to stay here! The rates are super affordable for what you get and Chris and Kristen are always running around in their golf carts checking in on everyone. Love love love this place. Can’t wait to come stay again!

I've only been here a couple days now and we will be staying long term. But all I can say so far is wow, great park. Camp hosts/ owners are really nice. The dog park is amazing. Having a fenced lot is such a reliever I've never had before. This place is perfect. The only con wich isn't that bad at all was getting my rig 35'er into its spot was a literal squeeze. With the help of the hosts we got it in.

This place is for dog lovers/owners! Most lots are privately fenced. There is a public dog park area, with a big pond, where your dog can run & play. Amenities include a swimming pool for the dog parents, mail room, laundromat, & even a dog spa. Located in the country surrounded by horse farms, yet a few minutes drive to town. The managers are always around & happy to answer questions or help out. It's like a little slice of heaven!

This is a very unique RV Park. It caters to dogs and has fenced yards and a dog spa. They even have a washer and dryer where you can wash dog blankets and bedding. We love the park we stayed for a month but it started to get cold so we headed south.

Hi Terry! Yes, we do take deposits. Long-term guests pay a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is settled on the final electric when a guest leaves with sufficient notice. For short-term guests we charge 50% of the reservation up front and the balance is due at check-in.
I am an authorized RV repair tech and they allow me to work on RVs in their park. I have not met a resident yet that felt the costs were not appropriate and they all have expressed how much they enjoy living there. I have worked with the Owners for the better part of the last 12 months and they have proven themselves as very competent, responsible and reasonable folks who own and manage their parks with respect for their tenants.
