TOP NOTCH!!! I have bought many vehicles in my life. Not particularly any FORD vehicles, always been a "chevy gal" until now. The customer service I received at Stanley Ford was that change. I had never received in my past purchases, anything comparable to the wonderful, personable experience I received from the folks here. We were greeted by everyone upon entering the door. Acie Jones and Abby Gardenour both were there to answer any and all of our many questions. I can't tell you enough how they made such a dreaded task, such as car shopping, such a fun and eventful day! What a great group they have working over at Stanley Ford. The Explorer of interest was quickly pulled up front and the keys tossed in my hands ready for our test drive. Very pleased from our return, we decided give it a go! Me and my husband later met with Casey Davis for financing and he covered all terms, numbers and preferences, and to say the very least, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Casey for later calling me and reminding me where I put everything you gave me! LOL. Thank you to everyone at Stanley Ford. I will be back for my cars to come, and I'll be sure to share with all my family and friends this wonderful experience.

Today, was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and to be honest, embarrassing. I live in Prosper so the drive is about 30mins away. After owning a Range Rover and the lack of cabin space it has I decided it was time to get something with more space. Before the range I drove a Ford truck and I knew the new trucks were really nice. That’s when I discovered the 2021 Ford Limited in white. Online this truck is gorgeous!! The photos show a clean truck with lower miles; it really made me excited. When I arrived to the dealership (with my wife and baby) I found the truck and asked if I could see it. I was excited to show the wife she could see how “nice” a truck can be but unfortunately that is not what saw. The truck was a complete disaster. Empty cups and bottles in the door, dirty socks on the floor, trash all over the cabin, golf clubs in the back with mud on the floor covers. It was gross and it stunk like a football locker room!!! I was told that the GM had been using this truck. It was evident he definitely was using it because the odometer read 798 more miles than what it is listed online. To me that’s just bad business and lack of professionalism. The tires also looked like the tread was wore down. - it needs new tires. They obviously don’t plan on selling, IMO, the nicest vehicle they have for sale with a list price of $73,389K This truly was so disappointing. My wife made a comment about Ford selling vehicles like this and I assured her this is not how it’s done. I want this truck, but the condition I saw it in only leads me to think this GM is not taking care of the vehicles so what makes me this he going to take care of his customers? If he wants to drive it he needs to buy it and take it offline. Thank you to the car sales men, Jacob for being patient with my comments as he really didn’t have a answer in why this truck looked like this. ** I will edit this review depending on how the dealership responds.
