Booked a night here for a getaway with my wife and we absolutely loved it. Loved the view, great staff, comfortable rooms, and all for an affordable price. Definitely coming back here again!! Highly recommend it!!

The room was fine, but the toilet was barely off the ground. It was difficult to get down and back up. My biggest complaint is that it is called a lodge and marina. Lodge yes marina no. It's on the water, but has trees and bushes blocking it. You had to drive elsewhere to access the water. I'm sorry, but that's not what I was wanting. The place is secluded and we saw plenty of deer, but we were bored out of our minds. We booked 2 nights and didn't stay for the second. The walls are thin and we didn't want to hear our neighbors talk all night again. This place could be good if they would have water access.

While the lodge was lovely and the view gorgeous the rooms are a lot to be be desired. We went into our room & it smelt moldy, we kept our shoes on the whole time as the carpets were gross. The first night we found a bug in one of the beds! You could also hear everything inside the room from the next door rooms toilet flushing & running through the pipes to the guests outside talking.
