Great place to stay very kid and pet friendly. Daily rate was reasonable and they allowed us to stay and not pay until the next day. Several monthly renters but the sites were kept very clean and the people were so friendly. Gave it a 4 star only because the road to the place was gravel and due to rain muddy. I would definitely stay again if we are passing through.

I've found a little peace of paradise here on earth. Located 5 miles North of Town on Wichita Falls HWY 281 AMAZING EXOTIC WILDLIFE, Friendly Folks, Fishing, Playground, Laundry, Bathhouse. Quiet Little Escape. Close enough to town to pick-up those items on your List.

A stocked tank full of bass and free fishing when you stay. Great circle trail and plenty of antelope,deer and oryx. Also, some Jacob sheep on the trail and I can't leave out George the donkey! All throughout the day there are deer wandering through our campsite. Great owners and incredible campground! We will be back.
