this has to be the worst place I have ever rented from. the property manager doesn't know how to run a business. I have a lease with these people that has our agreement in black and white. He has selected to ignore my signed a legal binding lease to try and intimidate me in paying for his failing business. the thing to watch out for that some of the other tenants have expressed the same thing happening, he will over charge $10 on payments hoping you don't notice and if you do it's a five-minute argument to get your $10 back. the operation of his maintenance manager is one that is overwhelming with rudeness. on fixing pipes in one of the units he decided to turn the (ENTIRE) parks water system off not knowing that there is individual cut off valves for each separate unit. So, if one person is having issues with their plumbing expect your water to be shut off for half a day. I would highly encourage looking at some of the other RV parks in the area, there are plenty to choose from other than this place.

This place is so awesome. There's goats that roam free and are social, sugar and snowball love to be pet. There's also free range chickens. There's mini golf, and a pool. And the kids are welcome to ride bikes or skate bored or whatever. It's so great for kids. There's 30/50 Amp sopts. Back in and drive through spots. Cabins and mobile homes. Its like 3 minutes from. The winstar casino. There's a playground just down the street and along with a dollar general. The owner is extraordinary and friendly and helpful. There's a shower house separate sides with 3 toilets and 3 showers on each side. There's also a fully laundromat it cost $2.50 a load for wash and dry. There's also a little store in the office.

We have absolutely loved staying here!!! The manager and owner are the nicest people I’ve met!!! It’s a great location, close to Gainesville and Ardmore. Plus, Thackerville has gas station and Dollar General for small stuff and they are really nice people to do business with. The resort has a club house with tv and space to entertain a crowd. They also have a shower house and a very nice laundry house. Everything is kept clean and taken care of. For those who like to walk/ run, the site is asphalt paved and has lots of space to get your miles in!! Pets are welcomed and ours have loved taking walks. We highly highly recommend you stay here!!! Grass spots were nice... some stickers. It rained our whole trip but we only stay the night. Would have liked to use the pool and hot tub. We did not have any interaction with staff. 4 stars strictly due to the fact that there was grass spots and stickers. Otherwise nice level spots!
