RV Villas on Lake Lavon

I had the misfortune of being one of the first tenets at RV Villas. I moved out shortly after hut am just notle reviewing because Rose is hostile, rude, and abusive. Just look at the responses to bad reviews that blame the tenet every time. The water is constantly an issue and is almost never working (always a leak) the "craftsmanship" that people speak of? Nonexistent. The fence is half stained, the roads not maintained, the grass not cut, and its ALWAYSthe tenet's fault! Unacceptable. Glad I only had to endure this misery for 3 months.

Great place to stay for a month or longer. Nice fenced in yards for your pets. Great access to lake Lavon, and close to many of the surrounding parks. Laundry room is wonderful and quite naborhood. We will be back.

We have been working with Mark and Rose for about 4 months now as we began to transition out of our house to full time RV life. We found the property and immediately fell in love! We officially moved in last month and have loved every minute of it. Mark and Rose have been diligently working to get this new construction up and running as quickly as possible! Yes it is still a work in progress as a new construction site, but it is still like no other! If you are wanting a great place to live please come be our neighbors! We are all ready for Spring to start getting to know one another and forming a great community!! Thank you Rose, Mark, and the crew for all you have and are continuing to do at RV Villas! We have been living at RV villas for about 2 1/2 months now and we’re the first residents to move in. We asked to move in early to our reserved spot as the one we were renting temporarily had the original residents returning early. We CHOSE to live in a construction area to keep from moving to another temporary park. Construction has been delayed as this has been the rainiest fall and winter in record in many years. Daily I watch the crew working very hard to finish the projects left to do. Mark and Rose, the owners have been very nice and keep us updated on the progress. Andrew, Chris and the rest of the work crew are very nice, polite and hard working and we see daily progress on our lot and the rest of the park. In fact, the park is nearly full! This park is designed for those of us who choose to live full time in our RV’s and it exceeds our expectations for us and our pets.
