Not a bad place, been into the store a couple of times. Haven't bought anything yet their selection is a little off from what I needed at the time.

Calling to see if they have a part for something I bought there. While there is over 1 hour left before the store closes the employee/employees that work in that department have gone home for the day. I called TSC, the gentleman was very helpful, though I didn't buy the product there, they likely have it and will help me when I come in. Next purchase I should get the item there since their employees don't leave and hour before the store closes to find out no one else in the whole store can check on it.

Prices not marked on most items, cashier's rude,not very good at helping customers! Over all a pretty sorry chain store! As to other Orscheln stores this one is at the bottom of the list..2Moody4u

It's a decent store, however their lack of pricing items is annoying. You can find just about anything you need but expect higher than average prices (if you can find a price listed). The checkout is slow and there is usually a line. Not really customer friendly.
