I would give a ZERO if I could. Bring your own tape. I asked for a little strip..one small piece. I even showed her the spot I wanted to tape and they were gonna charge a dollar..like really? Never again...keep your tape. I rather give you a dollar to buy customer service skills.

Thank you so much for being such a great shipping store!! I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve been in to drop off my returns the old manager is no longer there. Glad to see the ways have changed. The new set up looks nice. The girls there this Saturday were such a pleasure to do business with! I was struggling to get my packages in door and they helped me without even asking. Got my packages sent off and even bought some birthday cards.They were so sweet and willing to help. Keep up the great work girls!! P.S. I will be trying some pickles my next trip in. They looked delicious!

I will NEVER use Fedex ever again. I paid $200 to have a package shipped overnight and when it didn't arrive until 4 days later they refused to get me a refund or credit because of "Covid." Lost my business for good. Will use UPS or USPS instead of them any day.

Not sure why anyone would have a complaint about the staff at Pack N Mail. New to the area and Joanne was extremely helpful, polite, and took her time with us, all the while wearing her mask. Thanks for all your help. We'll definitely be back to use their services. 😁One happy customer!
