I brought in 4 table cloths with mud on them asking if they could get it out advising they were rented. They told me yes they could get it out. I went to pick them up the next day and was told their machine broke and it would be another few days. Upon my 2nd arrival they advised me they were not able to get them out and could not use bleach per their policy. Now the stains are set in and since they washed and dried the table cloths and they still required full payment for a service they did not hold up to.
