These are very spacious Apartments plenty of closet spaces at least in the apartments that I have been in I've been in two of these apartments the living rooms are nice with the attached dining room the kitchen could be bigger in my opinion and I'm not sure if they have washer and dryers in the units is in a convenient location

DO NOT MOVE HERE! 0/5 Stars for this apartment building. I normally do not write reviews but, I want to get the word out in hopes of saving someone from the same mistake I made. I signed a year lease and stayed for under 6 months. I was in apartment 39-404. If you currently live in this apartment. I am so sorry I did not write this review earlier. My unit was filled with roaches. After seeing 1 baby roach I looked around for evidence of more. The top of my kitchen cabinets were saturated with roach droppings. (This was about 4 months into my lease) I then noticed mice droppings, I discovered a hole in my closet the size of a tennis ball, when you look inside the hole you can see mice droppings and the ceiling of the unit below. Mice and roaches completely took over my unit. I had to throw away so many of my personal belongings. I got sick constantly causing a lot of trips to the hospital and a lot of time taken from work, my service animal was constantly chasing around mice…later to find out there were two more holes in the HVAC unit, mice were nesting in my heat and air source. The leasing office is not responsive and IF you do get a response, they’re extremely unprofessional. The office lost two of my rent checks on two separate occasions. This was with the new management...what can really change with a new management group? The leasing office response time? They're doing new pest control and spraying the outside of the building. The type infestation they have in the building is not something I feel like can be corrected with pest control while units are being occupied There are multiple people selling and using narcotics on the premises. A lot of smoking in the stairwell (Highly NOT recommended for families). During my time in this complex I would see dead mice in the elevators, in the hallways, and in the grassy patches outside the building. When in the hallways you can hear mice squeaking from the vents. The hallways & elevators are often sticky and smelly from the lack of upkeep. Packages will not be delivered to your door only left at your mailbox. I have had multiple packages stolen the same day they arrived. Overall this place ruined my mental, physical, and social health. Please do not move in here especially if you have a breathing condition (e.g. Asthma) the amount of urine and feces is unbearable on your lungs. I am writing my review to help others. I am not in anyway out to get this management company or the leasing office. I am just giving a honest experience. Good luck on your apartment search, don’t pick this place.

This was by far the worst place I have ever lived in. Do not come live here. Neighbors smoke all the time, they don’t throw the trash out they leave it on the ground, teens pull the fire alarms, the whole floor was infested with bed bugs at one point and the management was absolutely horrible. They make small tasks seem out of reach and it’s very difficult to deal with their poor management. One of once said my package never came in and I saw her kid wearing the shoes I ordered!! Leaving this place was a blessing and if you are to find an apartment in Arlington, please do not come to the serranos, it is by far the worst place to live in.
