Okay my experience at Shane Co. was amazing! I was on a mission to find a ring similar to the one that my mom gave me for my 13th birthday. It was a white gold ring with a topaz stone in the shape of a heart. I was devastated when I lost it because the sentimental value was huge. When I went into Shane Co, I explained what happened to John C. and that I was on a search for something similar. Right off the bat my experience was great - John was friendly and welcoming, and very empathetic when I told him my story. He helped me find something similar as my previous ring, a gorgeous silver ring with a topaz stone. He knew exactly what to recommend and honestly I couldn't have left the store happier. Thank you guys, I will definitely be back in at some point!

Was happy half a year ago. But this time really annoyed me that one assistant served two customers at the same time. Shop for 20 minutes and wait for an hour on total. Eventually I hate every wedding bands I tried.

My husband gave me a pair of studs in rose gold this last Christmas and after 1 month one of them started to look darker. I went to the store and asked for it to be changed. They did but guess what. I happened again to both of them. On top of that because i take care of my jewelry and was removing them every-time I would take a shower the hooks started to loosen up and in one of the earrings I had to replace them. This is unacceptable for high end jewelry. As you can see in the pictures below the right one on the first picture is darker than the left one and it is not due to lighting.

**UPDATE 1/9/22** even though the company stated on here they would reach out to me about this, they have not. It’s been 5 months and I got an email from a Brianna saying she was giving someone in the company my statement to respond to. Five months later, nothing. We were treated horribly and they can only say here they will reach out, but not actually do anything. Shameful. My fiancé now husband took me here to pick out a ring just before we were married in July 2021. We asked for different stone selections and he was trying to determine what I liked. After the third trip back for different diamonds, the rep told him “you can’t just blurt out a carat size and cut - it’s not like ordering fast food”. I was upset at how little respect she had for the customer and how demeaning that comment was. It made the shopping experience for a piece of jewelry I will cherish the rest of my life a poor one. My husband shrugged it off and ended up getting a 1.1 carat ideal cut diamond with a platinum band. It’s stunning. I just wish he wasn’t so berated for wanting to offer me choices in this important purchase. He was asking on my behalf. He ended up spending over $9,000 in spite of being told that - because he really wanted me to have this ring and the cut I wanted.

You must wear a mask. They take your temperature at the door and then you have to sanitize your hands. Then they will direct you to the right person.
