The crew that installed the pad was terrible. When I talked to them, they would not look at me and when I asked a question they would not respond. They dug the hole for the pad without removing the decorative border and thus ruined it. They also placed the pad too close to the house and off center so when the tower was stacked, it came in contact with the Dish antenna. They pulled a trailer loaded with the trackhoe into the yard, instead of unloading the trackhoe and driving it in to minimize the ruts in the yard. Overall, they were unprofessional and did not attempt to do a quality job. In all fairness, the crew that stacked the tower did a good job and explained how the tower was bracketed to the house. However, the overall job did not measure up to the quality and satisfaction I was promised.

Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional from the scheduling to the guys that built the tower and the billing. They helped us determine the best location and were careful not to harm our new grass lawn. We are very happy with our tower and we’re able to get WiFi in a very remote location now.

Anna was awesome! We moved into new home and also work from home so when the ISP told us we need a tower to establish good connection we went into panic mode. Talked to a few different tower installers and some were 4 weeks out. Talked to Anna and she was receptive to our situation and had drone out same day to determine tower height requirements. Scheduled foundation pour for 3 days later and as soon at the foundation reached required cure time they were out to erect the tower. Install crew did awesome job as well leaving no evidence they were even there. Great communication, timely work, and clean construction site! Job well done East Texas Towers!! We appreciate all your efforts!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with East Texas Towers. From the Office Staff (Anna!) who was on top of my installation from the get go, she let me know the technicians were on the way, to the technicians that did a fabulous job on the installation. I am a picky home owner, and these guys did everything right! Kudos to those guys as well. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. I highly recommend East Texas Towers.
