I’d give this place a Zero star if It would allow me to do so. I was referred to this place from the president of a “sister” store, however upon my arrival I was immediately greeted rather rudely by an employee. The female looked at me as if I was stupid and asked about what I was in need of. Once I explained that I was trying to make a purchase on an extravagant shower system for a tile shower, she stated she could not help me and that I could make an appt. What would be the point have owning a showroom if the company isn’t going to allow customers to look around and see what might work best for the customer. It wasn’t like I needed the employees expertise or her time. I wanted to look around , make my own decision and make a purchase. Save yourself the time and take your business to another company that cares about its consumer. 👌

I could not believe it! I came because I was referred to them by a countractor. I came and they have all these things and I was so excited as a designer to get to look! So I could make a lot of purchases I am from out of state and I came band they said you have have to have an appointment to look. I said well can’t I just come? She said No we have paperwork we have to do.. I have to put you in my Computer and I gotta go to lunch. I understand that people have a life and that they need to go to lunch etc. but I couldn’t see any problem with me looking. Even though I was traveling I said could I come later today? No I’m busy As designer I’ve never been treated this way before , it’s just it was a terrible experience, I wasted time.. I could’ve used to get somewhere else and looked at something else I have a nine hour trip.. And they could care less .. must have unlimited funds to be like that. I have a nine hour trip ahead of me to get back to Virginia. I design alot anf could’ve been a great customer, I travel up here periodically but no…now I’ve just wasted my time. Don’t go to them. They do not care

Awesome. Called them and they had what I needed. Was able to pick it up at even not being a contractor. Item was waiting at the desk and check out was painless. The only reason it didn't get 5 is the price was higher. I chalk it up to convenience but could have saved about $75 if I'd have ordered online vice getting it same day. I'll definitely be visiting the showroom if I'm outfittings a house.

Absolutely the worse experience Ive ever had at a supply house. Might work with customers off the street but this place is terrible if you are a plumbing contractor. We normally dont deal with Bradford White but had a warranty issue and was told by Bradford White to go to Carr Supply. When arrived they wanted an account opened, my plumbers number and paperwork done. Which is not an issue but they wanted credit reports and other info. I dont want an account just for them to honor a warranty issue. No aacount they wont do it. WHAT A REALLY BAD WAY TO HONOR WARRANY. This might be why we dont deal with this company in the first place.

I'm a homeowner and they sold to me. Most of their business is with professional plumbers but they sell to the public, too.
Call the office tomorrow morning at 8am and they might be able to have a solution for you.
