This place is beyond trash..they don’t acknowledge you..leave you there in the waiting room like your nothing..nobody at the front desk to help..there was no staff to even greet you.made me waste my time I left I will not be seen here ever again I’ll travel far at this point .to get better service..a simple hello how are you doing please sign in.

The staff was okay, it's just the facility that's shabby. Blood work chairs do not seem sanitized, there's discoloration and marks on them; it just seems old and needs to be replaced. Bathroom had no toilet paper, there was pee all over the floor. I was told to do a urine test after I was done with my blood test. No toilet paper, no soap, no paper towels. Proceeded to exit thinking I can put my cup in the metal collection slot, but there was a paper written over it that says "broken". Tried to get the staff's attention, but there was only 1 front desk reception worker who had a whole line of people and 1 lady taking people's blood tests who seemed busy and completely ignored me.

They cancelled my Test result without letting me know. i tried calling the office but no one answers nor returned my call. I called their customer service 1-800 line and i just wasted 15 minute on the phone waiting. the girl in the call center keep on saying "i am waiting to check your info why your test was cancelled" after few minutes she told me this "It was cancelled by referring lab and call your doctor because we are only helping patients and this is a patient hotline" i asked why is referring lab means she replied with "that is all i can tell you and call your doctor to call us and get more info from us" i lost my tempter and yelled at her and hang up.. in short the hot line is useless and people there doesn't know what they are doing nor know what they are saying to their patients..

When I arrived here at the counter there about 10 patients waiting. While waiting my turn to register I noticed a very smooth flow of service. The lab technician did a very excellent job in drawing my blood. Keep it up serving your patients with utmost love and care.

They do both pretty quick service am and after lunch
No you don't need appointment but it takes a little longer than with appointment.
I'd like to make an appointment for myself & my wife.
