Had an emergency flat that needed to be replaced. Called them up and they had my tire. I got there right at closing and they were able to replace my tire very quickly.

These guys are awesome. My vehicle stalled twice today because of a bad battery and both Folsom Honda and Elk Grove Honda won't honor the warranty on it even though it's their battery. They didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to cover the costs of new battery just to be safe and not get stranded again. So I called Pepboys Rancho Cordova and they said come on over. Went there and they took care of my vehicle. I just had such a bad day today and then the Honda dealership tried to screw me over but at the end, Pepboys came through and rescued me. The service manager( Timothy) and the technician (John) were awesome. It was never about the money but about Ethics and care which the two Honda dealership failed miserably. All I can say to Pepboys is... Thank you...thank you...thank you so much for caring and my family was very happy to see me home safe. You guys rock.

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
