My family stayed here over 4th of July weekend. It was good but there were some issues. We checked in right before 6 and when we got to our cabin it was super hot. They didn't turn on A/C. Fine we turned on the A/C. Second night noticed it wasn't as cool as my sisters cabin. I figured it was triple digits let it go. Sunday night was horrible. I woke up at 3 to take a cold shower. My kids and I didnt get much sleep after that. For the price we paid per night I would have loved for the A/C to work. If anyone is staying just make sure the A/C works. We stayed at the Rusty Nail Cabin. I informed the front desk but never received a response.

No amenities AC did not work, nothing to do but use the pool. The Internet was ridiculous, no TV. A total waste of money. Should have stayed at Mills Creek. Much nicer.

Food was delicious! The beans were good, but a little peppery! Our waitress was awesome!

One of the nicer RV resorts I've been too. Many things to do. Kids had a blast and met friends at the playground. It was too cold to use the pool. Big rig friendly. Grass by sites did get swampy after a hard rain which makes the cement pads worth it. Pond had ducks and was also part of the most gorgeous sunset to view despite not having a spot right next to it, we enjoyed every morning. We didn't get to try out the escape rooms but they look fun, and there is a BBQ joint within walking distance at the entrance of the road which we tried for breakfast and it was amazing. So good! We came here to go to a Dallas Cowboys game, it was an hour drive to the stadium from here. They are building tree house type cabins currently and their current cabins look nice from the outside. Despite this being a small stop for us, we found that Canton has a huge vendor market the first Monday of every month, so if you stop in and you're able to catch the market, it's just on the other side of the highway.
