Eberhart needs to retire ASAP. We've been very loyal customers for several years. We have had our dog go through C sections a couple of times with the expertise of Dr. Armstrong (very nice and knowledgeable lady) with no problems. Called the vet with an emergency C section request and unfortunately Eberhart was on call and refused to help. I think he may be losing his mental capabilities and honestly I wouldn't trust him with my dog's life now. Instead of being concerned about the dog (a French Bulldog which could die having puppies naturally), which is why doctors become doctors, he was more concerned about his heart health and cutting the hay on his land the day we called. So, all in all, he jeopardized my dog's life so he could mow. We will NOT be back. Shame on you, Tim - you are not upholding the medical oaths of a true doctor. Also ONE of the gals at the front desk is one of the rudest people I have dealt with and she should be in the back not engaging with customers as she has no customer service skills.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. E and his staff. Very knowledgeable and they love what they do! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fur babies needs!

DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. EBERHART. The most disrespectful and unprofessional vet I have ever met. Does not care about his customers only money! Has the rudest attitude towards people and if he has an issue with you he will not treat your animals correctly. Gave us our dog straight out from being under anesthesia without giving her a chance to wake. She tried seizing on the way home. Had she of died we would have sued. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

My heart is broken Today my sister had to put her dog down after, getting a second opinion for her diagnosis of (pinched nerve and worms). We took sweet Rosie to this vet a year ago, after we noticed her becoming sick and loosing the ability to walk, they gave above diagnosis, and sent us on our way. Today we found out from another vet , that she did in fact have what we thought (cancer), large tumors in her liver and her kidneys. We told them , but they wouldn’t hear. This is also not the first time, that also tried to make me believe my cat was very sick with an “old” eye problems, when I knew the other animals where just punching her in the eye. I don’t what to start trouble, I just wish to convey that as of recently, they’re in it for the money now, so weigh your options, and make up your own mind. But I will never go back there again.
