This is specifically for the Canton Texas location. Awesome staff. My daughter in laws car died on her. She was able to get it jumped off and drove to the O'Reilly. They correctly diagnosed a failed alternator, and then allowed her to leave her car parked there until I could get there the next day to repair it. The repair sucked but at least I was able to do it on a nice concrete parking spot. And of course they had the replacement in stock. Great job Canton O'Reilly!

Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed on hand but they could order it for next day but I needed it that day so the employee spent about 30 min just finding the actual part number so I could look for it in stock at another place and wouldn't have to spend another 30 minutes looking for it all over again once I got there...update always super helpful

I assume it a n I ce clean place to shop I didn't go inside I was there to met a contractor and show him how to get to the job site. Sorry

The staff went out of their way to assist me in the installation of a new AGM truck battery. The knowledge and assistance of the staff made a very difficult job possible.
