Incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly...downright rude, to be honest. Won't be visiting this location again. Would not recommend it to anyone. The pawn shop in Quinlan is much better. And while there's a good selection, the atmosphere absolutely kills it. Also, not following current state mandate requiring workers and customers to wear masks...social distancing measures only. During my extremely short visit, I noted a number of customers wore masks anyway, not a single worker did.

I bought an Xbox one for $100. Brought it home and the disk drive didn’t work. No big deal, the new consoles don’t even have disk drives. The day I purchased the Xbox I plugged it in, it wasn’t even playable for 2 days due to updating. Then then after 3 days of having it, the Xbox crashes and has updated multiple times since (each update freezing for days). I went to get by money back and was told “should have brought it back sooner” “should have brought it back same day” he didn’t even here me out. What a scam. I was sold a broken Xbox with a broken disc drive and faulty hardware.

The gentleman that answered the phone this morning was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. He basically told me that since I was a collar and did not come inside the store that I was not important to him. I will never shop here ever again

I've bougut numerous items at Lone Star Pawn in Greenville, TX. I've also pawned certain items on occasions of need. They are friendly, extremely helpful, and courteous. Any negative reviews should be coconsidered with skepticism. (They are probably written by those who over-valued what they brought in, or those who carry a permanent chip on their shoulder.) I buy tools -sometimes of WAY higher value than what I'm paying. Besides that, it's just fun to discover things you couldn't otherwise afford. High marks for these guys.
