We have used this parking lot a few times. Today, my husband left his backpack in the parking lot when we were loading up. We were an hour away when he realized it and called. They had found it and set it aside for us as we drove an hour back. The honesty was greatly appreciated and will keep us coming back here. Hopefully the small finder fee that we left will get to the appropriate employee(s).

For my 2½ day stay I compared pricing between Joy Park ($33) and the SJ Airport long term parking lot ($45). I prepaid and secured my reservation on the online website. I arrived at Joy Park and there was one employee working. He directed me to park and wait. Meanwhile he was running to different parts of the lot and retrieving vehicles for waiting customers. 25 minutes later he finally got to me, confirmed my reservation, handed me a ticket claim check and directed me to the shuttle. About 15 minutes later we left. I asked him about the staffing situation and he told me two employees called in sick. After I arrived back from my trip I called Joy Park and no answer. I called a second time and was directed to shuttle pickup point #11 which is the last stop furthest away from the baggage claim area. About 20 minutes later the shuttle arrived. Joy Park is about 10 minutes away from the airport. The long term parking lot has a shuttle every 5 to 10 minutes. The online reservation process is easy to maneuver. The pickup point is directly across from the baggage claim. For me my preference is the parking at SJC. I feel the $12 difference would have been worth my time especially after coming home from a tiring trip.

Reasonable daily price, close proximity to SJC, pleasant employees and timely departure from lot to terminal/terminal to lot. Unfortunately, the plastic number they put on the top of my car damaged the paint. Also, whoever drove my car, twisted the gear shift knob, which is not easy to do. I will not be using this company in the future.

I was happy with their service. My car was fine while I was gone in Hawaii and everything went smoothly when checking in and checking out. I drove my car into the lot and got into a shuttle in less than five minutes. The wait for the shuttle from the airport was about 5-10 minutes. When we arrived back in the lot, my car was ready to go. I'd happily use them again. Worth the savings for longer trips, airport parking keeps going up in price.

Like Ana answered, it is very close and the shuttle was at the pickup as soon as we walked out of baggage claim. The parking lot is actually quicker to get to than the airport and the shuttle got us to the terminal within 30 minutes, as promised.
Do you have your receipt on your phone or email? If not, call them. They should be able to track you easily.
