Surprisingly quick at getting patients in for tests and results from doctors. Some of the fastest I have ever seen and I was very grateful. The check out step after that can be slow, but I think it's because they're triaging and prioritizing healthcare so that's fine. Overall the visit didn't take as long as it has at other ERs I've been to.

NOT RECOMMENDED, they just stealed your money. The worst and the most expensive hospital ever. I only 2 nights in the ER and had small abcess surgery but they charged me 35k. I cried until know and not sure how to pay it, I am an international student. They give me a lot of medications and labs tests which were not necessary I guess. 😢 They were posponed the surgery around 20 hours even I had serious pain.

My mom and I spent almost the whole day in this emergency room. All the doctors and nurses and staff were caring and knowledgeable, specially nurse Markell. She was very patient, kind and helpful. She made this hard day a bit easier for me and my family.

The staff as in most hospitals is great, but this hospital definitely has some lazy nurses. My blood sugar was low, so they gave me a snack so it would not crash overnight. Simple, milk and a couple crackers, no problem. The next night I had the same blood sugar early, and figured when no snack came I asked. The nurse would rather argue with me that 84 is normal at 8 pm, and I’ll be fine through the night, instead of grabbing a snack. Ohh, I’m a research chemist who has worked at a few hospitals in their research wings. I know good nurses and doctors and O’Connor has them, along with some bad. I gave myself a sponge bath, and asked for a new gown. Yes he brought me a new gown, but could not be bothered to button it together, considering I have an IV in my right wrist and I’m right handed I could not put it together. A simple request for Flonase to ease my congestion was difficult. I almost wanted to ask him if he can sleep congested with a mask on. Most nurses go into the field because they like to care for people. O’Connor has great nurses, but they also have some who are going to do the absolute minimal to care for you and not lift a finger to do more.

In the radiology department.
Yes if you're lone visitor and if you have proof of immunization.
I've been going to O 'Connor for many years. My daughter was born there. Great place to have a baby. I suffer with some medical issues. The ER, and Hospital Care have always been superb.
I don't know Pedro but I was there for Corona testing and no one is going inside they'll probably meet you outside or come outside to grab it not sure wish you the best have a great day or night
Yes,it was a very smooth process, come a little easily so you don’t have to rush. They will take the time to go over your surgery with you. Be well.
I think there is not to sure. We have alot of doctors
Same as the rest of the hospital. 5am-9pm. However, you can come after 9pm at the discretion of the nursing staff.
It's not a trauma center at all. But it does offer an exceptional ICU/CCU department, as well as cancer ward. And if anyone come in with trauma, they stabilize and transfer.
