1-6-19 I had to cancel a trip because of illness. I wrote twice to cancel the parking reserved for Oct. 26-Nov 1. APSWEB-216967. First wrote on Oct. 21 and again Dec 11 on website's cancellation site - record said messages sent. Never got a refund.

I had similar experience about the cancellation. I requested to cancel my reservation ~2 weeks prior to the parking start date, and I also called them, left messages. Never got a refund (~$105). I plan to report my experience to BBB.
