It really is a total displeasure to live in a place where they do not have solutions for your problems. The zing of my kitchen has been like this for 5 days. I have come to the office and they do not solve the problem. Maintenance is slow. the office does not give you a good service

I have been living here at Avonmora for a year now & I have had many bad experiences. The apartments itself aren’t all that bad if it wasn’t for the roaches roaming around the kitchen & bathrooms at night. The crime here is horrible peoples cars are getting broken into, there’s gunshots almost on the daily, some guy got shot up point blank in the apartment next to me while I was leaving for a friends giving dinner! My mailbox got broken into & damaged oh & how can I not mention that THE CITY SHUT THE POOL DOWN DUE TO UNCLEANLINESS, ITS SO GREEN!!! Even the kids playgrounds is locked up with chains since day one!!

Have had mold in the restroom for years all they do is paint over it everytime we tell them and now it's just gotten worse and they have a huge roach infestation the crime is bad here the kids have found needles right outside the building we live its just not a good place to live at all

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I would rate zero stars if I could. Management is a NIGHTMARE. You will never be able to reach them in the office. Drug activity going on EVERYWHERE. The police are making visits to the complex atleast once every day. A lady was recently killed when a homeless guy broke into her apartment through the sliding glass door. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO PLAY AT THE PLAYGROUND. They are likely to find uncapped needles lying about. Management does not care about anything but handing out bogus violations. They constantly lie and mislead tenants. The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Roaches, bed bugs, and the place is literally falling apart. Mold is literally taking over the place and all they do is paint over it. Terrible!
