Scam! Mold coming out of pipes and they will not fix or acknowledge. Faulty electric wiring. Reported them to city code compliance! Drugs and broken glass products everywhere. Broken outdoor showers , broken molded laundry rooms !

Hands down the worst property we have ever applied to. They are basically running a scam to get application fees from you. They do a horrible background check and will mistake your identity to not do the work a leasing manager should do to get them in. Literally a 20 yr old moving violation will be used against you to take the Application cash instead of obtaining sustainable tenant income, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. This is what you call a Toxic Community and Unethical practices to directly keep qualified tenants out. Horrible Service as well, they lead us on for days saying the manager wasn't there and that they couldn't get back to us until the following week. They obviously have issues with keeping a safe community if one continues to look at the majority of reviews.

We’ve been living here for several months. Our experience here keeps going from bad to worse. It started with a roach infestation a few months after we moved in. The pest control would come by over and over and nothing would change. Finally we took things into our own hands and found a product which has been working great. We haven’t seen anything in about a month. Then we had water coming into our apartment. The first time it happened several months ago, the maintenance person came by and had a look but never did anything. The second time it happened the maintenance person came by, had a look, removed the mat outside the entrance of the apartment, mopped, and nothing else. I was told the main person in charge would come by to see exactly what needs to be done, but that didn’t happen. When I speak to whoever answers the phone they sound like they don’t even care. Now, I am writing this as I sit in my wet living room floor for a third time. Don’t move here, it’s not worth the headache.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! it is the scariest place I have ever lived. Be prepared to hear gun shots everyday. My apartment is also lopsided completely. Everything rolls off the table or counters because the apartment is actually messed up. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS ACTUALLY HORRIBLE.
