Been here over 2+ years. Staff is professional and courteous but it stops about there. We've had unaddressed issues with mold that would not get their attention until spending over $250 for mold testing to get them to respond to our numerous requests for mold remediation. After 2 years, finally our A/C leak was addressed and drywall replaced due to h20 saturation and mold. They didn't take the time or incure the expense to hire professionals, they simply asked maintenance to replace the wet drywall after 2 years of leaks behind walls. It wasn't until I was away for work regularly that I discovered our sensitivity to the mold only when I returned home that prompted the expense of testing. My family has been exposed over 2 years to the mold/fungi issues that were exasburgated by flooding out of our neighbors with the Feb 2021 freeze. 2 of which had to move out entirely. Complex was well aware of the water damage and remediation needed but took the cheaper route and did nothing to the unit below us after inches of water intrusion that eventually made our issues worse. Not wanting the expense of a water damage specialist, they only addressed what was visable and post flooding from exterior PVC Fire sprinkler failure. 2 of our neighbors forced to relocate. Now after all that has transpired we get our annual increase of rent of over 38% to $2553 as their way of saying thank you. My request for an adjustment fell upon deaf ears and justified by our floor plan now being offered at $2600.00 as if we were getting a discount. $1900 to $2553 is OUTRAGIOUS and can rent a SFH for that in Austin. Sorry but the Corporate America cookie cutter approach doesn't work for everyone and even though statically it works for the bottom line, we were the unfortunate ones. Very disappointed that we have to leave. Nice pools, nice grounds but Legacy should really drop "Luxury" from their advertisements as it's a far cry from luxury here. It's at best adequate and civil. Maintenance is kind an attentive but directed by upper management to do fastest thing possible rather than the "right" and proper things to address correctly. Aug 2022 update ... reached out to MAA as requested here few months ago. Still have mold and repair issues and recent changes have run down the grounds even more. Trash collection inadequate and always overflowing, Pool maintenance has been run down, grills always dirty, lounge chairs covered in ants, often unusable. To pay nearly 2500 per month for this is absurd. Only plus is the schools, we're it not for the schools system and interest rate hikes, this place would be history. Sadly stuck here.

Love love love this apartment complex. Very dog friendly! We have a Belgian Malinois and a German Shepherd they are so happy with the dog park and trails around the apartment. Every apartment has a unique style with high ceilings and great porches. We just moved from a house and the transition couldn’t have been easier. The carpets are high quality, very soft and a unique style that hides any possible discoloration. In addition I love the office’s monthly themes it’s just fun. Kelly is the most helpful and fun agent in the business. The people are really friendly. It’s a great community.

After 5+ years of calling this place (and three units) home, I’m sad to say goodbye, but thankful for the service and home that was provided to us. The community is very safe, has an amazing location, attentive staff, and spacious floor plans, fenced yards and walkways. Our main draw was that it was pet friendly without breed restrictions and this was never an issue. Granted, you get the selfish neighbors who make too much noise or don’t pick up after themselves or pets, but the staff is always on top of these things.

My wife and I love living here. The neighborhood is so quiet and my neighbors are great. Service requests get handled in a day which is awesome. The leasing office is pretty responsive as well. We really love all the amenities and the dog park is great! We have a backyard which we love to relax in and can’t wait for it to get zeroscaped where there’s only rocks this upcoming year! Pet, neighbor, and office friendly. If you want to move somewhere in Austin with convenience I’d move here!
