Good place!!! And they honestly are very helpful , obviously if you are not following rules they will tell you something. Just follow the Rules that are clearly in the lease agreement and towing rules and you won't have. A problem . They even have a newsletter and a resident app with all notices for residents . No excuse for for not knowing rules.

Ive lived in Mesquite Meadows for about 4 years and it's been great. The location is perfect, not too far from downtown and major stores all around.. there's a few public schools within walking distance.. the staff is very friendly and is always ready to help with anything you need!

Diana is an amazing manager and Marisa is wonderful I highly recommend this nice, quiet property for anyone who is interested in a clean place to live! Maintenance is doing a great job in keeping this property clean
