I like how the pricing is structured and easy to understand. Sherry and Anne (or Annie) are great. Unfortunately it also depends on your luck who you deal with. Kim is unbelievably unhelpful, however. So you will want to visit when it's not her shift. There are things that she can help us out without moving her finger but she will just push it away by saying ' we can't handle additional liability".

Customer service rocks! I believe they also have fairly competitive pricing. Much like the other reviewers, I feel like High Street storage is a safe place to keep my stuff.
