I stayed at the 524 Columbus Ave location for 9.5 months. The Room was very spacious and came clean and the common areas(kitchen, bathroom,showers) were always taken care of.The other tenants were friendly, and the building manager Greg was very friendly and quick to help when needed.

SCAM ALERT!... My son is a student at CCSF, we were excited to use UrbanNests. They looked like the perfect solution to finding our son safe, secure housing at a reasonable cost. The company assured us they would provide safe housing and work with with establishing his credit. What happened once we were invested in the process was very different, they did a “bait-and-switch” with their properties and requirements.
