I came here to exchange my battery that is covered under warranty but the guys at service department were being so rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I called earlier this morning and spoke to someone who gave me specific instructions on what to do which I followed. Arrived at 12pm with the paperwork receipts and car battery. Unfortunately they need the whole car to “test a car battery” but i saw a car battery on the floor.. such a scam if you ask me. Why? So they can find some thing else that is wrong with the car and charge me.. yeah no thank you. I honestly feel like it was because of my race the vibes I got were so rude! never coming back here again and wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from here you can sense the bad vibes God bless who ever comes here PS I never write reviews but this guy deserves it (bald big guy) so mad I forgot to get his name because I was so mad in the moment he said his supervisor won’t be back for another 2 hours.. so professional. but this review is for the consumers be aware… don’t bother replying to this review SerraMonte Ford as there is no solution to resolve this I just took my money somewhere else. UPDATE- PURCHASED A NEW BATTERY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THE MUSTANG IS BACK :) should I go test the car battery now since I can turn my car on lol

Anthony and Seth were both phenomenal in helping us make our purchase. After waiting 9 months for our car order, the sales team were good about keeping us updated (as much as they could) on the status of the car. While you can also get the info online, we appreciated the effort to keep us in contact. Once the car was delivered, the team took care of us, test drive the car, showed us the features and spent the time with us appropriately. The team honored the msrp price as ordered and made the purchase process painless. Exceeded my expectations, especially with the current issues with inventory/supply chain.

Everyone at Serramonte Ford is extremely nice they go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable with your purchase. They explain all your options and give you time to decide never make you feel rushed or that they are in a hurry every time I have purchased a car there (4 over the past 15 years or so) they have made me feel like their time and attention was on my interest from start to finish they are warm and inviting there to answer any questions and knowledgeable about the cars they sell. I don't know if they do that but if you sign up for AAA for only $56 a year that is the cheapest and gives you discounts on all kinds of stuff. A tow Serv would charge waaaay more for just 1 trip using them.
You can get that done at any hardware store like lowes or ace, or any locksmith shop. Pretty cheap.
Yes, there is a night drop on the service side attached to the portable.
Unfortunately Serramonte Ford cannot service an engine of that vintage. If you could share the VIN number, I can check other dealerships.
